As part of a feasibility study for a new visitor proposition in Birmingham’s canalside, we designed and delivered a concept development day with staff and stakeholders. We then developed the concept through comparator research and audience analysis. The project aims to provide an alternative view at Birmingham’s cultural heritage whilst facilitating outdoor recreation. It has now gone forward to Round 1 of the HLF bid process. Our involvement is on-going.
