Strategy development and delivery - I can take you on a creative and collaborative journey to identify purpose; map how to unlock your assets and strengths; and identify where you might invest.

Major funding bids –  I can advise on or carry out NLHF activity planning, visitor experience master planning and interpretation planning.

Advisory work – This may involve a review of your current offer and/or plans, consultation with you and your team (possibly a workshop) and a report outlining practical steps you may take. 
 
Mentoring/critical friend – I can work with you to form a package of support. This may be in relation to a challenging piece of work, a development opportunity for staff or both.
 
Coaching – I am an accredited coach and can work with you or one of your team to address an area of personal and/or professional development.
 
Training – I can create bespoke training packages relating to development of major projects, strategy development and delivery, interpretation and audience development. 
  
Facilitation – whether for strategic planning, project development or team developing, you may require external help to facilitate your thinking. I can work with you to design a session to achieve this.
